- Dipl.-Ing. Mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Dresden
- Specialization in the field of lightweight construction and plastics technology, nanomaterials/semiconductor production, automation technology, production and project planning
- several years of experience in the technical and commercial project management of small, medium and large customer projects in the automotive and aviation industries
- several years of experience in technical sales and business development
